I'm currently doing well with my job in copywriting, but this Beijing winter is slowly killing me. I have a cold right now, and am struggling to type these words while handling one of my current tasks. Wish I had more time to sort out my own priorities in life besides simply getting to the workplace every day and cleaning my room as well as washing my clothes on a weekly basis. I soooooo miss the days when I spent hours on end refining and upgrading each of my deviantART profiles just for the hell of it. A few things have been going through my head as of late, leaving me to wonder about the direction my life is taking. Finals are approaching and I've got reports to prepare, presentations to revise, PDFs to analyze, colleagues to placate, friendships to cradle, a semi-relationship that is teetering on the brink of non-existence, and a future to try and create. I always assumed that I could manage these things, but I have this often terrible habit of assuming I can handle the workload I commit to, at least up until the point where I realize that I have procrastinated so much that everything gets screwed up at the end. Having watched Big Hero 6 as of last month, I can definitely say that it it is among my top three all time favorite Disney movies (the other two being Maleficent and Frozen).
